- Any activity needed to facilitate launch planning and ensure smooth successful launches of new plants and existing plants;
- Some travel to existing plants and to future sites can include Europe, Asia, Mexico and Canada.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering or equivalent；
Professional training:
- Production systems.
Foreign languages:
- English, Chinese;
- Optional: other Asian languages, German.
Position specific background and experience required:
- JIT Process design including time studies for assembly lines and cell concepts;
- Planning/design of automotive gages, jigs and fixtures for complex assemblies;
- Plant Layout & start up;
- Minimum 8 years experience with automotive supplier;
- Balanced personality for efficient team-work including remote and foreign team members;
- Detail-oriented specialist, able to create new and improved concepts, highly disciplined in execution, able to prioritize tasks; |
