-Engineering degree or equivalent. Major in HVAC is preferred.
-Minimum three to five years experience in similar role
-Knowledge of / Experience in the area of Air conditioner manufacturing or related manufacturing processes is a must requirement.
-Air-Con Trouble Shooting experience in Quality Focused manufacturing environment.
-Excellent Resource Planning & Project Management skills.
-Experience of Engineering Change Order / Engineering Change Notification control process.
-Demonstrated capability in the use of Problem Solving Tools.
-Broad experience of Process Control techniques and associated tasks.
-New Product Introduction experience is also advantageous.
-Experience using with Microsoft Office (word / excel) and an understanding of computer networks is preferred.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong Teamwork skills.
