电机或机电或机械自动化专业，大专以上学历, 6年以上工作经验，4年同等职位工作经验，良好的英语听说读写能力，良好的沟通能力、管理能力和团队合作精神。懂得制程管理， 精益生产，且有台资公司生产管理经验为佳。
Mechanical, Electrical Motor or related automatism machine major, above college education background.Above 6 years working experience, 4 years working experience as the same position. Good at English speaking, listening, writing and reading. Good at communication, management and team work. Got the IE management and lead production. Working experience in Taiwan Co. will prefer.
